Approximately 28-18-11-13 vs Tazar's 4-13-3-3 Right after taking the Dragon Utopia, Tazar appears and grabs the max cons.

I must say that after visiting the max Dragon Utopia, I was given plate armor +10/-2 Attack and a helmet +10/-2 Knowledge.
And as a bonus, Boots of Levitation and — what irony! — Sphere of Permanence.

In general, I made a mistake and gave the opponent the Dragon Utopia.
I should have first visited the one that Crag Hack took, and only then the one at my native respawn.
I did the opposite, and I lost.
Well, at least I clearly see where I made my mistake, I'll keep it in mind for the future,
