Suggestion for a database.

I don't understand what they're trying to achieve. Let them increase each other's Reputation points; all forum users already have a certain idea of how useful their posts are. How can you distinguish between a Reputation point increase for a helpful message and a deliberate attempt to inflate the Reputation? Only a person can do that.
