2nd annual offline tournament "Best Of The Best"

hmm... I'm really curious... will Dmitry_A_S and Radik participate in WW2? =)
I'd like there to be at least some semblance of competition... (because I already have some ideas about who will win!!!) ;)
and I'd like to wish all the tournament participants good luck;)
