Nigon is the second underground race.

We won't replace Ettins with Mages: firstly, the faction would lose its main warrior, which is unacceptable; secondly, there would be two mage units (Illuminators and Mages), which would orient the city towards destructive magic, and this, in turn, would bring Nighon and Academy too close together in many ways, which we want to avoid at all costs to prevent plugin overlap and uniformity.
