Is Conflux a broken castle?

The Conflux is designed for players who enjoy playing as mages, specifically those who invest in magic skills, and whose creatures cast spells that provide elemental protection. However, all creatures in the castle are weak (except for the level 5 Earth creature). Butterflies attack in large groups, phoenixes cast spells, and initially, there are no archers, only if you upgrade Air and Water. This castle is not for everyone; it's only powerful if you are a mage (and not just any mage, but one who knows how to play as a mage).
