Yeah. One of the reasons why my favorite race is the Dark Elves is precisely because they are the sole masters of an entire dungeon, while everyone else is forced to coexist on the surface :-) . But overall, I'm in favor of adding another underground race; it would be much more interesting than, for example, a swamp (in my opinion).
