Yes, there is no Conflux in SoD, but if you play AB carefully, they mention at the end of the main campaign that all elementals disappeared to some unknown place, and so it's quite logical that there is no Conflux in SoD.

I haven't finished the whole campaign yet.
And generally, it seems that 2 campaigns in SoD describe some distant events: in the campaign for Jem and Yog, they even have different avatars, like "Jem and Yog in their youth." But in the 6th campaign, everyone has normal faces (like "after many years...").

It seems Blade is after The Shadow of Death, I think there are azure dragons there too
