actually, I wasn't referring to alcoholics, but simply to people who occasionally get drunk...
alcoholics, of course, are almost homeless people...

P.S. I agree about crimes and the fact that they start to degrade... but I really dislike the smell of cigarette smoke... and I was making a superficial comparison.
