What is your favorite Tier 2 monster from Heroes of Might and Magic V?

Sorry for butting into your discussion, but I think the topic has strayed from the main point. We're actually discussing the second tier units here. Although, I'd like to correct something: Furies won't die from dragons before they even get a chance to move, simply because they move first. The initiative difference is 2, and no Winged Helm will help with that. However, Megeras, with their equal initiative, it's all down to luck. And I think the question has already been answered. Furies are the most useful second-tier unit (among melee units; comparing them to ranged units wouldn't be fair), followed by (in my opinion) Dancers (especially after the second upgrade, they're beasts), then Gargoyles, and finally the slowest ones like Zombies and Demons, which I don't know how to effectively use. I didn't include ranged units in the calculation; I tried to evaluate them objectively.
