grant moderator rights to deputies, or is that not possible?

As far as I understand, it has become possible now... before, it wasn't allowed...
Then I will ask that one forum member from each clan be nominated as a deputy clan leader...
Then a letter will be written to the Creator... I hope he will allow this.
