He is right in some ways... Voting can be organized outside of this body, and its creation will only exacerbate tensions between forum users and between the Clans themselves... plus, for some reason, this idea doesn't inspire much confidence – there are too many dissatisfied people, and some rights of those who join or organize a Clan may be infringed upon during its creation and operation – if they adopt a law on the format of the representative topic, then all the creativity, work, and imagination of the person who created it will be wasted, and a complete dullness will set in in the posts... Plus, when the League of Clans was created, everyone noticed that the number of those who didn't want to join was almost always higher, or only slightly lower, than those who were "For," and the number of problems and inconsistencies only grew over time... This needs to be considered...

If these issues find an adequate solution, then I will HAPPILY join the League of Clans with my Clan! The solution could be an equal body representing the Clans, but you won't avoid a lot of work.
