I thought that diseases were the injuries that cannot be cured by tentacles. In that case, idk what kind of diseases. Maybe something like munchkinism, ludomania, the desire to always play a female character, and so on is meant.

And in general, is there any use for the tentacle?

It would be nice to use them to hold additional weapons, rather than just groping girls
