Personally, I liked Silverdan (for a smart guy and someone who likes to write), Florenzan (though it's already crowded there because of the lizard), Gildaria (for a leader/warrior). The Bardic regions (Ten and Ov) aren't great for a Knight, although they have some decent bonuses. The zucchini and sea regions are for meme characters, but the second one is a bit poor in terms of ideas. The others didn't really inspire me much, although the Order of the Dagger in Albus looks funny; I might take it for a friend if he had good accuracy. It's cool and realistic when you can end any conversation with a knife fight. In general, few regions are inspiring, but beliefs certainly are. Magic itself is quite interesting, though the thing is that it cannot be used for evil 😞
If I didn't have my current idea, I would take Koimagism and try to make a terminator. And if you have absolutely no ideas, you can res someone old who was the most unfortunate to lose. Or trust the random by taking Faregia. You'll be sick, but skilled. Maybe diseases can be cured. Also, add tentacles for yourself, and through conviction of brilliance, take a bonus from another region. By the way, tentacles could even heal injuries if a fighter worked out.
The first one is definitely a no, that's some dork from the underground.
The second one is cool, the third well if there are no other options. But you have to be sure that you'll be exposed in the plot as a war criminal. And who would you res? Imagine if we ressed me and Larte, now that would be correcting the mistakes of the past.

Well, like, the region fits the vibe, but the abilities are trash. Basically.
