Otherwise, a build can only be made on random if there's card drawing. If you're lucky - you do it. If not - you don't. 😎 From the standard set, you just make an average character who is own mystery of what they'll become during the game, if they don't die. In RI, my goal wasn't to make a top-tier fighter, considering the leadership and social abilities, but in the end, I leveled up into an imba fighter.

On random, you can only build weaklings and psychos. Or both combined...

Erika was a good build. She could both heal and maim... If I'd known that the obelisk of fire would give so much power - I would have given her the school of serenity and she wouldn't have needed weapons at all. 320 hp "out of the gate" without a crit - even Alex with his Tannish "death blow" stands aside...
And then Revan first came up with limits, and now he's messed up the journals too. And that's it, Yashchur no longer has the same interest. Erika was conceived instantly, Jingo as well. And now three potential builds have already "gone to waste"...
