Clan lieutenants.

Due to my absence from the online platform for 3 weeks, I encountered a situation where clan leaders' deputies, during the leader's absence, are unable to take any action without the leader's participation. I propose that clan leaders, as well as the respected forum moderators, decide whether clan deputies should be granted ALL the rights and capabilities of the clan leader during the leader's absence. This is a very important issue, as it will help us clarify the role of a "clan leader's deputy." Additionally, it would be beneficial to grant deputies some form of partial moderation – they could moderate topics within their clan's section, but not all topics, only those that are not closed or marked by the leader as "Important."
