If I understand correctly, pumpkins and flasks cost AP, but they themselves are "inexhaustible." But what about the bombs? No AP is spent, but what about the "stock"? Are they also in "unlimited quantity"? Or am I misunderstanding everything and pumpkins, flasks, and bombs are consumables?

Pumpkins and flasks require AP, bombs do not. Yes, unlimited provided that it makes sense (as I already mentioned with the example of capture). I gave up on such consumables because it's still impossible to track them properly during battle.
