Free ones won't do this anyway. I tried soulkyn, and the image quality there is quite good, which can then be used to make a short animation. I don't know if they currently give free tokens for generating even one video. It's generally problematic to find such AI tools; everything on the internet is usually made with a trained AI on a PC, but you need good hardware and free time for that.
