How many factions are there?

It's interesting, but we shouldn't go overboard. We need to remain realistic. Not many new factions can be created, no matter how you look at it, and the game will become less original as ideas are transferred from one version of Heroes to another. For example, there are many ideas for new cities for Warlords, but how many are actually implemented? There won't even be a dozen. Although, a couple of new factions wouldn't ruin the game...

Who's going crazy? I'm just saying it would be better and more interesting. For example, like in Dota, with new heroes, new strategies against them, and to remain a worthy opponent, you need to know everything about them, and the same goes for items. The same applies to Heroes. Isn't that a breath of fresh air? And also, about going crazy... I'm not screaming in all caps like: GIVE ME AT LEAST 20 MORE! I WANT NEW FACTIONS!!!! A-A-A-A-A!!! IT'S BORING WITHOUT NEW FACTIONS! (Note: rarely). I'm just saying how it would be interesting for me personally.
