I got the good ending for all of mine in the tutorial... But are only memories transferred to the new body, or abilities too?

Abilities depend on the interaction with the priestess... But generally, there are only two options - rebirth and materialization. In the first case, the character is generated under the same conditions as a normal one; in the second, old abilities will be adapted.
