We need to make a prankster Knight who runs around in stealth and casts rain and blizzards inside residents' houses, locks the front doors, and makes the windows indestructible

The embodiment is even cooler. You summon a familiar, give it the appearance of a peasant woman, and do all sorts of things with her so that her husband sees it but cannot approach you. Then he goes home, kills her out of jealousy, gets imprisoned/executed, their house reverts to the state, and you take it for yourself. Then you can rent it out or turn it into some kind of shop. And you just giggle at the sucker peasant who fell for it
and that's not even mentioning that a familiar can wipe your ass if you feel like shitting somewhere in a field
