Knights of Tezoth

I thought about making a character of myself, as if I were a Knight. But it's a shame that beating up the common folk and loving peasant girls without consequences is only possible in Revnland...
How much dignity and conscience must one abandon while serving Carneia?
Does the knighting ritual involve kissing her boot or some similar humiliating ceremony?
How bold can I be with her without facing consequences?
And how vile are the atrocities she can commit against my family? For example, could she order my wife to be given to other knights for "entertainment"? Or order servants to be tortured because they poured 2 grams too little wine into a glass?
