Oh Astral, Astral... You still haven't understood a damn thing... Everything is already clear regarding Revan. This crap is built into his mechanics. Meaning, if you're dealing with same-faction experience, be prepared to get stuck in a sphere, drown in the sea, or blow yourself up on a chest.
