For Yashchur, the main thing isn't to have 100 but 103 potions in his inventory; for an ordinary player, it's to team-build with oily NPCs.

Aaa... Well, if Yashchur's character honestly bought 100 potions, then why should he be deprived of 3 "collective farm" ones? But as for the situation with Tsulak, idk, not everything is straightforward here... I can understand the NPCs' right to say "I won't give it, it' same mine!", but on the other hand, where else could Tsulak have gotten these decoctions if they are only sold by experts...
