Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Okay, fine, I'm short. At 185 cm tall and wearing sneakers, without a hat, I’m still 5 cm shorter than average height. And that’s without elevators, mind you. So explain this to me: some time ago, I was attacked on the street by a very small guy, two heads shorter than me; apparently, something about me didn’t sit well with him. He says he runs the whole neighborhood. What should I call him? Big Daddy, maybe?
