Constructive suggestions for the development of HW!

The lossless PNG image (128x128, 65 KB) didn't pass the forum upload check. I created a lossless WebP version at 23.1 KB, but the forum still doesn't accept it. Perhaps 64-96 KB would be ideal, but could we also consider adding support for the WebP format?
For patches, I can simply provide links to their Steam pages; that way, there won't be any large attachments. There will probably be quite a few more such patches. I can edit them.
