Orcs have no magic. Warcries.

No, orcs are definitely very strong, even without magic. Just look at the "War Cry" ability! Especially considering that there are a decent number of goblins in the army. For my barbarian hero, "War Cry" dealt 1500 damage and cost 10 mana, even though he only had 120 mana total. It's almost cheating, "Earth Shock" is nothing compared to that.
