You’ll be the first to complain about losing experience when your character is killed by another player's character, even if the balance is perfect. You can read "Dal Shabet" to see that what you are talking about actually happens. In the middle of the game, three players' characters were eliminated at once: mine, Plesen', and Sivera. There was also an instance where Plesen' lost experience because a Heroes player harassed my character throughout the entire game. Personally, I don't like this and try not to engage in such behavior.
