It's not just the shadow ability that's an overkill, but also Dorian's warhammer with the "many questions" skill. Was Jingo Muffigurian equipped with this? He was only missing a second attack and an extra turn for "complete happiness"...

What's illogical about it? That being a Fury who found himself in Ikazkan for the first time, he didn't want to answer questions from a random person he had just seen? Do you answer questions on the street from a random homeless person about your personal life? (this isn't saying that Jingo is a homeless person). If not, then why are you so illogical?

First of all, Furies are rare in Ikazkan.
Secondly, he's not a cat.
Thirdly, Jingo said that he knows from Rurek about the Fire Lords' raid on Kofu and how it ended.
Is the option of "sending an avenger" possible? Quite possibly. Is the "attack" justified? Quite possibly.
