Text fix: confirmation window for building the Tears of Asha.

In general, I thought some more — a library isn't a bookshop or a store to be trading spells in. Since we're buying, I reworked it along the lines of the artifact shop. And I didn't have to move any texts around; everything fell into place. Rommy, forgive me)


p.s. the tooltip for the building on the adventure map says "Spell Shop".
