This is more of a general situation.
I didn't expect a victory or any significant resistance after the random, garbage NPC got 100% paralysis against 0% on my character. I just thought at that moment – maybe there's some fantastic chance to avoid it, considering the pretty good natural stamina increase? And maybe he'll roll if there's an official recalculation – not with the Lizard system, but with the GM's.
But the official nature of things was planned long before that. Whoever isn't supposed to appear on the radar won't be given that opportunity.
