RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

It's been a while since I last added something to my dump – this is where I put things that might be useful, but I'm too lazy to deal with them.

When I started thinking about a Sea Elf, I began looking for a base model for him, and I thought that maybe an Elf from Heroes 5 would work.

I extracted the Elf, and... it didn't quite work out. Then I had the idea to make a fix – to restore its lost polygons.

As usual, I extracted the model, fixed the broken skeleton, fixed the shadows, patched up the holes, and added the bowstring (it even had a bone for it). I converted it to Heroes, and new holes appeared, so I fixed everything again, loaded it into the game, and decided that I didn't want to spend time on two more of these messes, so it went to the dump.
