What makes you say that...? I've actually been using the Heroes of Might and Magic TE version for at least 1.5-2 years... so no one recruited anyone, and no one promoted anything...
And as far as I know, Kamikaze also started playing TE a long time ago... so... don't say that =) ;)
And there was no promotion either. There was just an offer to play with players on TE... they want to show how much more convenient TE is ;)

And in general, Captain, you're wrong to say that no one is interested in TE...

If you only participate in internal matches, it will be boring, and you won't develop as a player. You need to play with the whole world.

Play, for example, with players like Paladin, Forrest, Kobra_SPB, stinger, alex_the_Great (and many others)... and you will understand that after a few games with them, your level will increase (at least, that's how it seems to me)... and significantly (although maybe your level is already high, but...).
