перевести - The general prototypical meaning is to ensure the transition of an object from one place or state to another.
Yes, I know the meaning of the word "перевести" (to translate/move). I just don't understand what the game means by the error "unable to move the caravan." Something "перевести" (to translate/move) cannot be done by the caravan itself – it's a syntactic error. We should be the ones moving the caravan (like "leading it across the road"). But maybe it means that we need to move the caravan somewhere (from... hmm... the road to our Castle, for example). But if the caravan needs to carry something, as it usually does with creatures, then it should "перевезти" (to transport) it, because the caravan itself cannot "перевести" (to translate/move) items; it can only "перевезти" (to transport) them. In short, it doesn't "перевести" (translate/move) creatures; it "перевезти" (transports) them :D It's a bit awkwardly worded, but I think you understand. The point is, I don't understand what exactly is meant by this message. Does the caravan not have the ability to do something, or are we unable to do something? If the caravan can't, then it's "перевеЗти" (to transport); if we can't, then it's "перевеСти" (to move). It seems to me that it's the caravan that can't do something (like it can't pass), but maybe I'm just being too critical of the caravan, and it's actually something we can't do :D
