= Small fix mods =

FixsToE_3.1 has been updated.

The descriptions of the hero specializations have been corrected: Siege Engineer, Banshee, and Rune Lord.
Missing music has been added for the Northern Clans when a hero flees from battle.

I also changed the name from Fixs_3.1 to FixsToE_3.1.

P.S. BigOverlord told me about these specializations a long time ago, but I dismissed it, and then I completely forgot about it. Of course, that's not how it should be done; we're fixing it. Thanks again to everyone.
