Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

"Skill Wheel" version 3.1 – well, not really. There's only a program labeled with that version. I downloaded it once, but in reality, it turned out to be version 3.0. Almost nothing has changed inside (i.e., you need to systematically search for the differences with a magnifying glass). In the help file inside, under "About the V3.1 program," version 3.0 is listed.
