I think this patch is called WOG or TE :D
And I want to add: it's better to nerf necromancy than to cripple vampires.

Definitely not WOG:D I haven't played TE, so it's pointless for me to say anything about it, even based on what I've heard. IMO, the necromancy in TE is nonsense, because the balance has always been good, starting with the third game. I'd like to write more about this, but not here and not now.
