User Agreement upon registration / portal rules (maximally simplified and brought in line with modern realities). The text is available in Russian and English upon registration.
Moderator Manual (maximally simplified and brought in line with modern realities; moderation is available for all sections; the concepts of coordinator, section moderator, and subsection moderator are all merged into one term — moderator; moderators whose last activity was before 2025 have been moved to the registered users group).
Added privacy policy and cookie settings at the bottom of the page, which allows compliance with GDPR standards.
The violation system has been renamed to "Points and Restrictions System" or "Strike System" (maximally simplified; from a huge list of items, only the main ones remain; for spam bots, when a violation is detected, there is a separate button that allows immediate blocking; points and the system are for human accounts only).
