Which combined artifact is the best?

It's especially annoying when only one cell remains until the ground, but the turn ends, and you have to lose an ENTIRE turn just to land. This happens to me quite often. Also, I have a question: is it possible to make the random map generator create normal maps with water? Because sometimes it creates maps where the islands are simply filled with objects, making it impossible to even land on them.
