What is more important: luck or fighting spirit?

Since I always play as Necropolis, I choose luck!!!!

It would be stupid to take morality for Necropolis)).
Although in Heroes of Might and Magic V, there are even leadership skills for necromancers. But what's the point of taking it? If it were something like "Humiliation" and gave the opposite effect for Necropolis (-1, -2, -3 respectively), then it would be a different story))).
