There was a case where I left my main hero's army in the castle and ran to the mill myself (it was very important). An enemy attacked, and my army consisted of a ballista, a cart, and one djinn, while the enemy had 10 cyclops, 50 enhanced ogres, and about 300 goblins. Slow and blindness spells, along with the ballista and cart, saved the day, as I didn't have any damage-dealing spells available.
