Hello, I can finally access the forum again. I have questions about the Nagas. I'm not a lore expert, but on AsKhan, there's a lore clan of Naga renegades: "https://mightandmagic.fandom.com/ru/wiki/%D0%9E%D1%81%D0%B8%D1%80%D0%BE". They have a very strong AsKhan presence (this could explain their numbers), and they worship the dark aspect of Shalassi, the "Goddess of the Dark Depths."

No, this is a clan from the Raillag campaign. Daime was killed. I think all his samurai either scattered and became ronin mercenaries, or died in battle/deserted. + This is a completely dependent clan; it was conquered by the elves, which is bad. I'm trying to move away from that.
Here are the Chaos Dwarfs – they seem to be completely dependent on Inferno, BUT there are no demons in their army – these are constructs, titans, ifrits, and elementals. They are not summoned from Sheo; they are produced at their bases using magic. + There's an idea that the Dwarfs are delving into Void magic to sever the connection of their souls with Sheo. Ash Kabr is an experiment – a creature distorted by chaos and then severed from it. Now, its magic is not tied to a specific element, and it casts a simple arrow. I would process other units as well, but I don't know how. The Flame Devourer is already close to the concept of a unit severed from an element/chaos. The others are just problematic, but overall, this is simply an independent faction with good relations with Inferno.
On AsKhan, there are more interesting guys, like the Nagas who drown people in the name of Shalassi. In the Krega-Hak campaign, they are poorly represented – these are just Nagas with unique heroes – a brainwashed ronin and a crazy priestess. In Heroes of Might and Magic, they are a little more interesting. They don't have Shark Guardians, only Nagas, and unexpectedly, a self-proclaimed mermaid queen was hanging out at their base, but they are small terrorists. And when they raise their heads, bounty hunters from the White Lotus come after them.
As long as the Nagas have snake heads, they can't be a collection of random ronin – this is a clan, and it's an unknown one, so the lore is still vague.
