New proxy

There seems to be some strange 30-minute cycle in its operation. Approximately at the beginning of each hour, the site "crashes," "sleeps" for 30 minutes (again, approximately), then "wakes up," works for 30 minutes, and then the cycle repeats... Added 46 minutes later I'm writing this after another 30-minute "break"...
