I completed this mission very easily. I had well-developed magic, navigation, and tactics. Plus, I took the sextant as a bonus. I explored the entire map, didn't rush, and defeated everyone I encountered. All the neutral creatures from Inferno joined my army. In the end, I arrived and easily defeated the dragons. It was all very easy.
