If the effect does not specify a duration, it lasts either until the end of the battle (positive effect) or until healing (negative effect).
So, how does, for example, a burn after a battle work? Let's say you set someone on fire, and the battle ends. And then what? How long until the burned person dies?

After the battle ends, it returns a character who fell in battle to life.
How much time is there? If you find a hacked-up character, can you revive them? Or is this only possible if the "reviver" was a "participant" in the battle?
