Even if Jela is made without a starting army, he will still allow you to have 20-30 snipers at level 111 for the castle and Rampart, which is too strong for almost any build.
The huts need a save; I made a fix so that the added dialogue choice wouldn't trigger for the AI, but it might not be working, or it might just be problems with the original AI.
