Tournaments hassles HMM II

Good evening.
1. I would like to participate, but please explain in more detail, as if to a beginner, what the arena is. I read about the first Tournaments – I didn't quite understand (are the best heroes fighting each other online?).

Something like that, i.e., let's say 10 people played. The main hero from each player is selected, resulting in 10 heroes. Then, all ten heroes compete in a round-robin battle for the title of the strongest.

3. Question about the best (non-qualifying) completion of the Heroes of Might and Magic tournament: can I register my colleague from my computer and with my email, or does he need to create his own email, or is it not allowed for two people to use one computer?

Generally, it's not allowed for two people to use one computer, but in extreme cases, an exception can be made... ;)
Verdict: Your colleague can register from your computer (but he needs to create his own email). But on the condition that when playing in the Tournaments, you will not communicate with each other during the tournament. Of course, it is clear that we cannot check this, so it is up to your conscience. :)
