Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

I remember there was a mod that gave Dusk Witches and their upgrades a teleportation animation (just the animation, they didn't get the ability to fly). I found mentions of it on forums, but there are no links. Does anyone still have this mod?
