Voldemar is finally going to see the new fire temple...

If Voldemar had hoped to see something like the halls of the Citadel or the church of the hermits, he was in for a disappointment. If, however, he expected something more like his home in the slums, he should have been pleased, as the new church was a rather spacious, rather bright, and not too dilapidated building, where his companions had already managed to establish some order. The premises included only three rooms, the largest of which was decided to be used as a place for preaching and prayer, and the purpose of the other two remained undecided. 
-- Volodya! How's it going, what's it like in the Citadel? -- Arno is trying to attach a torch to the wall and can't yet come over to greet him. -- It's a decent place, right?

In this case, the cautious Ottar drains one of the three vials of blood and hides the other two in the depths of his inventory.

Ottar fully restores his health and sanity, and no one notices him doing so. Probably.
