Recently, we discovered dumplings that I wanted to recommend to anyone who wants to eat well but can't be bothered or doesn't have time to cook.
Even though the photo shows pork ones, we actually also buy chicken and shrimp ones. We eat the chicken ones together, while the shrimp ones (from a different manufacturer, though this one seems to have shrimp too) and the pork ones we fry separately for me and my husband respectively, since I haven't been on good terms with pork for a long time now.
One pack contains 11 dumplings, which is quite enough for two people.
I think the photos show that the filling is packed generously. The minced meat is quite tasty, with no nasty taste of mechanically deboned meat. The extras in the form of finely chopped vegetables and herbs play beautifully on the palate. We additionally dip them in soy sauce because it tastes better that way.
I confidently give them 9/10; probably only fresh ones from an Asian restaurant would be better. But that's not certain. A portion of 5-6 dumplings per person is more than enough to fill you up for lunch and keep you going until evening.
