Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

I'm looking for a mod that provides infinite (or almost infinite) charges for the first aid tent. Or instructions on how to create such a mod. I've forgotten how to make mods. I'm also looking for a RageButton mod for a 1366x768 monitor.

I think there's a file in the GameMechanics folder that contains the tent's characteristics. To increase the number of charges, you need to specify a larger number of shots.

But I don't remember if it's a separate file for the tent or a single file for all combat units, where they are listed one after another and without abilities... But anyway, since I described the details so accurately, it's probably the latter.
